Juzi joins BSB Shunyi with a Bachelor of Economics and a recognised Teaching Certificate. She brings with her a decade of experience in international education, having worked at MSB and BSB over the past ten years. During this time, she has taught in the English and Chinese departments, gaining deep insight into supporting language acquisition in multicultural and multilingual environments.

Driven by a genuine love for children, Juzi is a firm believer in the philosophy of tailoring instruction to individual aptitude. She adapts her teaching strategies flexibly according to each student’s language proficiency, personality traits and learning habits, helping them build steady progress from their existing foundations. For Juzi, trusting students is not only an act of courage and responsibility, but also a professional competency. She believes that only by truly recognising and respecting each child’s unique differences can she unlock their intrinsic motivation to learn.

In the classroom, Juzi creates a supportive and responsive learning environment where students feel seen, heard and encouraged to take ownership of their progress.
