With more than 35 years in education, Carl Mincher brings extensive international school leadership experience to Regent's, having worked across the UK, Malaysia and Vietnam. He is committed to creating a school where students are challenged to achieve their best while supported to grow as confident, compassionate and courageous individuals.
Carl believes that the strongest schools are built on genuine partnership between parents and teachers. Kirsten is an experienced school leader with a background spanning 30 years in secondary education and school improvement who has worked extensively in both academic and pastoral leadership over the course of her career.
She is passionate about creating schools where students feel known, supported and challenged to achieve highly, and where strong relationships sit at the heart of learning.
Her particular interests include evidence-informed teaching, inclusive practice and developing confident, reflective, resilient young people ready to take their place in our rapidly changing world.
She believes that excellent schools combine high expectations with warmth, belonging and genuine care for every member of the community.
Emma began her career as a class teacher, before progressing into key stage coordinator, consultant, and university lecturer roles. Emma then moved into leadership, working in international school settings across the world.
Emma is a passionate advocate for holistic education. She knows that happy children learn best and is committed to nurturing a love of learning and instilling a positive mindset. Working with our Early Years and Primary teams, Emma cultivates environments where children feel known, supported, and inspired.
Hayley brings more than 18 years of Early Years experience to Regent’s. This includes time in different settings and at other Nord Anglia international schools, which has given her a deep understanding of early childhood development.
Hayley is committed to building communities where children feel safe, valued, and empowered to learn. From this foundation, curiosity, independence, and confidence flourish, and every child makes exciting progress.
Kirsty is an experienced educator who has been an integral part of the Regent’s community for over 10 years. An Early Years specialist, Kirsty also brings valuable Primary-level teaching expertise to our school.
Kirsty is passionate about student wellbeing. She believes that positive relationships and a child-centred approach lead to successful learning outcomes. Kirsty also recognises the immense importance of strong partnerships with our families.
Marie-Claude is an Early Years and Primary specialist who has taught and led teams for more than 15 years. She’s committed to ensuring every child feels supported and challenged, and to building positive student-teacher relationships.
At Regent’s, Marie-Claude works with the Primary team to deliver inclusive learning experiences, adapted to the needs of each student. This cultivates confidence, curiosity, and independence, and enables learners to make great progress.
Charles has over 30 years’ experience in education, including more than a decade at Regent’s. In his role as Deputy Head (Whole School), Charles supports both academic excellence and student wellbeing, ensuring consistency, care, and challenge in learning.
Charles is passionate about high‑quality teaching, literacy, and languages. He’s also a strong advocate for the use of data to help every student achieve their potential.
James is a vastly experienced educator with a background in academic and pastoral leadership. As Deputy Head of Secondary, he leads Regent’s wellbeing, safeguarding, assessment, and positive culture initiatives.
James ensures our older learners feel known, understood, and supported, providing the foundations from which they can excel. Through evidence-informed practice, collaborative leadership, and a culture of continuous improvement, he helps both students and colleagues to grow personally and academically.
Marilla brings more than 16 years’ teaching and leadership experience to Regent’s. This includes over a decade of International Baccalaureate, IGCSE, English National Curriculum, and A-level expertise, gained at schools across the world.
In her role as Deputy Head of Secondary at Regent’s, Marilla leads strategic planning, whole-school development, Key Stage transitions, parent engagement, and professional development across several departments.
